Find Tracked Gmail Emails with AI — and Get Activity Reports by Email

Ask in plain Bangla or English — "opened 5+ times this week" — and your tracked emails filter instantly. Plus daily, weekly or monthly activity reports in your inbox.

Why filters alone are not enough

After a few weeks of tracking, a busy inbox holds hundreds of sent emails. The answers you need are simple — who is interested right now, who has gone quiet, who clicked your proposal — but finding them with dropdowns means combining status, date range and sort order by hand.

Ask AI lets you skip that step. You describe the emails you want in your own words, and the list filters itself.

How Ask AI works

Open the Emails page and press Ask AI (or Ctrl/⌘ K). A panel slides in from the right while your list stays visible. Type a request in Bangla, Banglish or English and press Enter.

Each new request starts a fresh filter, so you never have to clear the previous one first. Click anywhere outside the panel to close it, and use Clear filter to see every email again.

  • “Opened more than 5 times in the last 7 days” — your hottest leads this week
  • “৪৮ ঘণ্টার বেশি হলো, এখনো ওপেন হয়নি” — emails that need a follow-up
  • “Clicked a link this month” — people who looked at your proposal or pricing
  • “Emails opened today” — conversations that are active right now

What the AI sees — and what it never sees

Only the sentence you type and today's date are sent to the AI. It turns that sentence into a filter — for example “at least 6 opens, sent in the last 7 days” — and your browser applies it to your own list.

Your email text, subjects, recipients and attachments are never sent to the AI. Lead scores and follow-up tips are still calculated by our own rules, not by AI.

Fair daily limits

Free accounts get 10 AI searches a day; Pro and Lifetime get 35. A short counter in the panel shows how many you have used, and it resets at midnight (UTC). Requests are kept to 300 characters — a short description gives the most accurate result.

Visitors can try it on sample data in the live demo: three real AI searches, plus ready-made examples that always work.

Activity reports delivered to your inbox

If you prefer a summary instead of checking the dashboard, turn on email reports in Settings. Choose daily, weekly or monthly, the hour you want it, and the weekday for weekly reports.

Each report shows emails sent, opens, open rate, clicks, hot leads and emails still unopened, with a View full report button that opens the matching filtered list. You receive at most one report a day, and quiet periods can be skipped automatically.

Cleaner lists for long conversations

When you reply in the same thread several times, the Emails list now shows the conversation as one row with a small message count, so long back-and-forths no longer crowd the page. Open it to see every message and which replies were seen.

The list is ordered by recent activity by default: emails opened most recently appear first, and a message you just sent stays near the top until there is newer activity.

Frequently asked questions

Does Ask AI read my emails?

No. Only the request you type is sent to the AI. Your email content, subjects and recipients stay in your account and are filtered by your browser.

How many AI searches can I run?

Free: 10 per day. Pro and Lifetime: 35 per day. The limit resets at midnight UTC.

Can I choose when activity reports arrive?

Yes. In Settings choose daily, weekly or monthly reports, the hour, the weekday and your time zone. You get at most one report per day.
