Plain-language terms

Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026. These terms cover the Track My Mails website, dashboard, app and Chrome extension, operated by Qrinux Inc.

1. Your account

You sign in with Google and must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account and the browsers you connect. Keep your Google account secure and revoke browsers you no longer use from the dashboard.

2. What the service does

Track My Mails adds an invisible open pixel and, if you enable it, tracked links to emails you send from Gmail. We record when they are opened or clicked and show it in Gmail and your dashboard. We never read your message body or attachments, and we never add a watermark or signature to your emails.

3. Plans and billing

Free is free forever with its listed limits. Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Lifetime is a single payment for the life of the product. Prices are shown in USD and charged securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

4. Price lock guarantee

If you subscribe during early access, you keep that exact price for as long as your subscription stays active — every renewal is charged at the same amount. If you cancel and the subscription ends, the lock ends too, and a new subscription uses the price shown at that time.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of a payment and we will review a refund. Invoices for every payment are available on the Billing page.

6. Acceptable use

Track My Mails is for genuine one-to-one and small-team email. Spam, bulk or purchased lists, phishing, harassment, or tracking people where it is unlawful are not allowed. Unusually fast sending triggers automatic cool-offs, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep tracking reliable, but email clients, image proxies and privacy tools can block or delay opens. Tracking data is provided as-is and should not be the only basis for important decisions. We may update features as Gmail changes.

8. Liability and changes

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before they apply.
