Who is Mili?
Mili is the AI assistant built into Track My Mails. It is here to help you find the right tracked Gmail emails in seconds — without dropdowns, date pickers or spreadsheets.
Open the Emails page and press Ask Mili (or Ctrl/⌘ K). A panel slides in from the right, your list stays visible, and you simply tell Mili what you are looking for in Bangla, Banglish or English.
What you can ask Mili
Mili understands opens, clicks, dates, senders and keywords, and turns your sentence into a filter on your own list.

Real numbers, not guesses
When Mili answers, the counts come from your actual list — for example “25 emails found, 16 opened (64% open rate)”. The AI only understands the question; the numbers are counted by Track My Mails itself, so they are never made up.
If nothing matches, Mili says so politely and offers a Clear filter button. Each new question starts a fresh filter, so you never have to reset anything by hand.
Private by design
Mili only receives the sentence you type and today's date. Your email text, subjects, recipients and attachments are never sent to the AI.
For questions outside your emails — billing, company details or account problems — Mili points you to our support team with a direct link instead of guessing.
