Team questions

Does the owner use a seat?

Yes. Seats include the owner, so a 5-seat team is you plus 4 teammates.

Can the owner see members' emails?

No. Each member's tracked emails, opens and clicks are private to that member.

What happens when I remove someone?

Their seat frees instantly and they move to the Free plan. Their own data stays with their account.

Can a member leave by themselves?

Yes, from their Billing page. They keep their account on the Free plan.

What if the team plan ends?

Members lose Pro at the end of the paid period and continue on Free. Nothing is deleted.

Is there a watermark?

Never — on any plan.
